sw!tch’s five purposes correlate with the core values of New and Living Way Bible Church:  Ministry, Evangelism, Fellowship, Worship, and Discipleship. sw!tch is defined as a turning, a shifting,a changing, and an alteration.  We desire for the Holy Spirit to turn, change, or alter the minds of teens, through the Word of God.  sw!tch’s central scripture is taken from 1 Peter 2:9 and 1 Peter 2:25.  We operate on a 6 week theme in our Teen Bible Study on Wednesdays.  Every 6 weeks, the teens are placed on a different team, giving them the opportunity to mingle with different teens within the ministry. In these teams, the teens are encouraged to coordinate with one another, coming up with a team name, team colors, team mascot, wearing the same colors, decorating their table, etc.  sw!tch is an invigorating,  nontraditional experience presenting the word of God on a teenage level.  Come join us every Wednesday night at 7pm.

New and Living Way Bible Church’s teen ministry, "sw!tch" has Bible study every Wednesday taught in six-week themes. One particular theme, 3-D focused on the aspects of discipleship (Discover, Develop, and Deploy). Throughout the six weeks the teens participated in hands on lessons involving all kinds of      3-D activities using actual 3-D glasses!  On Wednesday, April 15, 2011, members of "sw!tch" deployed into the community. They took a trip to North Rome’s Eagle Park to pass out bottled water, fellowship, and picked up trash around the park — everything from beer cans to cigarette butts to candy wrappers. The teens were able to put their newly learned skills to work for the Kingdom of God!
